River Road Venue & Lodging Room Rental Policies
If you are not feeling well or have a fever, please make the decision to cancel your reservation. If you come down with an illness while already here, you may cancel the remainder of your reservations without charge. Any portion of a day will be charged for one full night.

Cancellation and Deposit Policy
Deposits for reservations are not being collected at this time during the pandemic. Howerever, please give us a 7 day minimum notice prior to your arrival date for any cancellation.

Age restrictions:
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation, ID required upon check in.
Sorry no children allowed, adults only.

Please, only registered guests in suites

Check in/Checkout
Check in is from 3:00-7:00pm. If you need a later check in time please let us know and we’re happy to accommodate. Checkout is 11:00am. We are using contactless check-in and self guided tours of the property for easier social distancing. However, we would love to meet you and give you a tour if you would like! We will text you the code to unlock the front door and your room key will be in your suite upon your arrival. Time restraints may or may not allow for early check in, please call in advance. Late checkouts are charged the equivalent of a one night stay.

Cleaning Fees/Damage repairs/Replacement
If there is excessive cleaning required due to spills, stains other issues or damage repair, charges will be charged accordingly based on contractor charges, inspection charges/fees (if any) and additional clean up charges.
Emergency and EPP

In the case of an emergency, call 911 immediately. While calling 911, send one of your guests to our main office. Our staff will assist you and the 911 operator as much as possible. Please refer to the directory in your room for detailed emergency preparedness plan.

Lodging Occupancy
Our Bed and Breakfast suites are double or single occupancy. Additional guests may be accommodated at $59 per person, per night. Ages 18+ only, sorry no children. The suites have a 2 day minimum lodging stay.

Maintenance and Housekeeping
River Road Venue and Lodging has on-site staff and maintenance personnel should there be any problems, issues, or concerns during your stay. However we may step away for short times during the day. During the first hour after check in, please contact the main office, call or text us concerning any issues you discover upon arrival. Should an issue arise during the course of your stay, please contact the main office immediately. Do not wait until checkout to discuss maintenance issues.

No Pets
Pets are not allowed anywhere on our premises. No pets are allowed even if the pet is kept outside.

No Smoking
We understand that River Road Venue & Lodge does not permit smoking of any kind inside the building. If there is evidence of any smoking inside the building, there will be a $200.00 cleaning fee charged. Effective as of December 8, 2005, the expanded cleaning indoor air act (RCW 70.160) has prohibited smoking in public places and within 25 feet of an entrance, window that opens or ventilation intake of this establishment. Smoking of cigarettes, cigars, or e-cigarettes is permitted outdoors in designated area only. Please use caution in smoking outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

No use of bath bombs or oily products in jetted tubs due to likely damage to jets

No use of fire candles permitted

Occupants responsibility
We understand and agree to be responsible for any and all damages, willful or accidental, occuring on River Road Venue & Lodge grounds and/or within the “premises” during the occupancy. We further agree that the premis are in good order and should there be anything not in good repair, we agree to report these items to the owners of River Road Venue & Lodge within one hour of arrival. In failing to do so, we will be held responsible for all damages documented by our staff/housekeeping upon their arrival for cleaning.

Indemnity by Occupant
We agree that the Owner shall not be liable for any claims for death, injury or illness to person or damage to or destruction of property sustained by Occupant, its subleases, licensees, invitees, or by any other person on the premises, including without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any claims caused by or arising from the condition or maintenance of any part of the premises unless such damage is caused by the soul negligence of Owner. We hereby waive all claims therefore and agree to indemnify and save the Owner harmless against any such claim, loss, damage or liability or any expense incurred by the Owner in connection therewith.

Force Majeure
The performance of River Road Venue and Lodging under this contract is subject to force majeure, and is contingent on accidents, acts of God, weather conditions, inability to secure labor, utility failure, government acts or restrictions, or other delays beyond the control of River Road Venue and Lodge. If River Road Venue and Lodging performance is prevented by any cause of force majeure , then this contract shall be void without penalty or liability to River Road Venue and Lodge. All fees paid will be refunded in full. Venue of any court action shall lie in Chelan County, Washington.
I HEREBY ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT and accept the responsibility of the information and responsibilities contained herein.
